OUR MENUS

L’Aigle D’Or offers you cooking full of interest using local products (with the exception of the occasional exotique ingredient) and always seasonal fare which has the best taste. The valleys of the Indre and the Lore rivers are rich in local specialities ; for instance the chef might suggest catfish, or pigeon or one of the many different varities of apple that are grown locally. In the restaurant you will offered a choice of beverages from the locality and not just the well known wines of the Touraine area.
