Our talented chef, Simon Desiles, has worked alongside some of France’s most respected chefs, such as Michel Gerard and Regis and Jaques Marcon and brings his own unique take on classic French cuisine.
His menus blend tradition with creativity, featuring dishes like tender duck with asparagus or succulent lamb with miso. Each plate is a careful balance of textures and flavours, making every bite a delight.
Simon’s menus change with the seasons, using the finest local ingredients and the best produce from across France.
