Back by popular demand this week our Renaissance menu is making a comeback for our last takeaway before Christmas.
We will be travelling back in time and enjoying edible culture. Researching the theme has been captivating and we are thrilled to present you with techniques and ingredients from the 16th century. It’s a change from usual dining, but an opportunity to discover an era when beautiful castles like Azay le Rideau were built
They were flourishing times, Catherine de Médicis, Italians et returning crusaders were big influencers and globetrotters. Food and cooking became litterary subjects and French gastronomy is born
